my first draw was today....only 26 :(  I'm not very happy with that....I am on cd 30 today, I think 13dpo.  Anyone with really low starting point and happy ending?  I am really not sure I can handle another mc.  I had 4 before Jillian and so wanted to be able to start again and skip the heartache this time around....

Don't worry, I think mine was 28 or 29 :0)  I'm 24 weeks tomorrow. Like the other gals say, they have to start somewhere !!

doctors office just called - I really was hoping they made a mistake when I saw the caller id....no luck.  They did say they want me to wait until Thursday to go back for my next draw though - doctor wants to give an extra day so we see a good number.  I really hope he's right!!!!!!!

thanks ladies - I needed to see these posts.  I just hope and pray tomorrow's draw is a good one!  I just don't know if I can handle another mc....especially after finally experiencing a normal pregnancy...it's not fair to have to go backwards again!

You guys are right, cuz my first beta in Dec. was 225 @ 16DPO which was really good, & I ended up mc.

My first beta was 33.  I believe it was around 12 or 13 DPO as well.  I am 13 weeks now and so far so good....the first number doesn't mean a whole lot, its the series that matters and that they are rising.  Good luck to you!!

I was 16dpo and my first draw was 16, 2 days later it was like 2,000.  Your numbers need to start somewhere.  The first number really means nothing, it's the 72 hour draw after that and it should double in the 72 hour period.  I think your number is fine.  I have 4 miscarriage and 1 Ectopic and I have a beautiful healthy littl boy that is going to be 7 months on July 30th.  I was 41 at delivery with my son.  Stay positive and don't give up hope.  If you believe, it will happen.
