I'm going crazy wondering what I'm having.  I'll take anything God gives me but I'm so curious and want to get busy with the nursery.  So here's something fun we can do. What are all the old wives tales and other things you've heard or even things you've discovered in your own pregnancy that predicted gender. For example I did the chinese gender predictor and it said I was having a girl. My friend said if you eat a lot of carbs its a girl. I'm 7 1/2 weeks and my progesterone is 34 and my hcg is in the 67,000's. I've heard different levels can predict gender. Anyone know?

We decided not to find out but everything everyone told me indicated BOY my entire pregnancy. I even felt it was a boy and had convinced my husband of the same. On Valentine's Day, however, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.  You just never know  :-)

LOL, congratulations on your pregnancy!  I did the chinese gender predictor twice and it was right with both my kids.  A boy the first, a girl the second!  Keep us posted!
