Last Friday ie on 26th October 2007, my HCG level was 480. Levels went from 70,120,186, 290 and 480. It was very low and didn't double every two days. I was on progesterone shots too. on 26th evening my Nurse called me with the results and told me to stop the progesterone and said that I would bleed one of these days. I was also told to take a HCG test on 29thOctober which I did.  I stopped taking progesterone shots. So didn't take shots for 4 days continuously. On 29th evening I get a call from my  doctor's office saying my levels went up to 950, and they called me in for an u/s next day. To her surprise she found a sac. So don't worry if you missed a day. Just continue taking. What progesterone do you you?

I missed several times and in the end was only taking it everyother day to keep my side effects down.  I wouldn't worry at all. If missing a single dose would harm your baby, it would be written all over the box.

Take care and congrats!!

I think you can probably take it with your next dose as I know some women take it all at once and others like myself took it in the morning and evening.

I missed one one time and did not realize it until midnight - everything was fine.  I am now 20 weeks and no longer on pg.
