no question. but if you sleep good. let me know your secret

Due date is a month from today.  
Sleeping is so hard. . Im not the type to take naps. I guess I should learn.

Unison melt aways are amazing. I take one 30 minutes before bed and they help me get to sleep. Im due in a little over a month and struggle to get comfortable especually with my SPD.

Not going to bed until you can actually sleep!! If you continue to toss and turn, get up!! Don't force it, get up and watch t.v., read etc. Try drinking a warm tea, take a warm bath and try taking benadryl.

We are both due around the same time. I've had sleeping problems for a while and even more now this far into my pregnancy and working at night occasionally.  Allowing myself to fall asleep night or day whenever my body is tired has really helped me feel more rested whenever I'm awake. I try not to sleep just based on the time when I can avoid it.
