And obviously with all the worries that we just can't help but have when pregnant they tend to usually be baby related now.
All I ever have are nightmares about some of the craziest things. Wakes me up about 3 or 4 times a night. Its pretty normal to have really vivid dreams while pregnant, and even when I wasn't pregnant I always had really bad dreams so I'm use to it for the most part, it's just now I actually wake up gasping from them and have actually woke up screaming before bc with the pregnancy their just so vivid and real.
Agree. Anxiety is hard but normal to a degree. Talk to doc about premature concerns and it should also help when more time goes by and you're closer to full term. I really thought my first child would be early based on anxious feelings but he wasn't. He was 4 days late and healthy. Hang in there mama.
Try to really examine the fear. Your mind is telling you something through those dreams. If you sit with your emotions and concerns it may help loosen it's power and hold that is now expressing itself in your dreams.
As an expectant mother we want the best for our babies. It's natural to feel anxious. But remind yourself of what the truth is. Talk with your doctor about your concerns.
