My breasts hurt before and after period and the pain stays the same through the month way is that? some one halp please?

Hi there. Well, fluctuations in hormones can cause breast tenderness. I typically can have this before my period, during and right after. However, you say it is constant. If you are having constant breast pain, I would suggest a doctor's visit for consultation about this. Good luck
