Lower back pain and shooting pains

I am 38 weeks and this is my third pregnancy which is very different! I went to the dr on wed and was told that the baby was still high! But yesterday I starting having lots of pressure in my bottom. I can't sit right and it hurts to stand I've had some contractions but nothing painful! Does this mean she has dropped? My water broke with my previous pregnancies and a few hours later I labor really started and they were born within hours. I don't remember having the pain/pressure? Should I go to the hospital?

If I were u I would call triage and see what they say.....also with multipual pregnancy you don't tend to drop until labour begins so I really wouldn't worry about that good luck with your labour & cobgratuations ;) x
