Pregnancy itch at 9 weeks

Hi I'm 38 years old and pregnant with my first I'm 9 weeks today and have had an itch all over mostly upper body from the weeks. I've been to doctor and had bloods liver kidney thiroid checked and all clear doc said is probably hormones.  As I'm only one weeks I'm limited to what I can take but I have now been given my second antihistamine and I'm still scratching like mad. I do get some relief but it's worse at night and I'm not sleeping well.  I've also tried numerous creams and show creams from doc but nothing is working.....does anyone have any other suggestions or home remedies they might know off that can help? Will I have this all through my pregnancy???
Thanks Michelle

Lol, this is how my grandma figured I was pregnant... My mom didn't really want me to tell anyone just in case but grandmas seen it all before.

I thought my allergies were acting up but it cleared up eventually... I think around the second trimester or a week or two before.

This product really helped. Especially when it was straight from the fridge (it was late summer and hot too which probably made it worse) You could also refrigerate some other really moisture rich lotion to see if that helps.

Red rock organics, kinda smells funny.. But that was when every smell irritated me.
