USING EVENING PRIMROSE OIL WITH CLOMID - ORDERING IT ONLINE

Hello everyone,
I am about to start using Clomid prescripted by my Fertility doctor.  I have heard so many women on this site swear by evening primrose oil.  And since I've heard clomid can reduce mucus....I would like to try this oil.  But I will have to order it online as I live in Canada and I do not think they sell it in Canada.
I would REALLY APPRECIATE hearing comments from anybody that has used it when they were on clomid and/or anybody that orders it from a reputable source on line.
I really appreciate it.
thanks so much

Hi!  Yes I think clomid is a great medication, but I'm wondering why you think that you won't have a good lining?  As far as I know, only if you go on a high dose of clomid, it may cause this side effect-by high dose I mean 150mg per day.  Other than that, it usually works well with your body.  If a fertility doctor prescribed the clomid, he/she will more likely than not, follow your cycle with u/s on days 11 and on.  They'll be able to tell how thick your uterine lining is.  I've never heard of Preseed, but I'm glad you mentioned it.  I learned something new, as usual in this website.

Good luck!

I used evening primrose oil during my last pregnancy, but it's not supposed to be taken until AFTER the 36th week because it softens the cervix. You don't want a soft cervix until you're close to giving birth. I don't know where you would order it, I bought it at Wal-mart so you could try their website.
