I think I have to give up milk all together. Everytime I drink/eat something with milk I throw it up, or expel it the other way and my stomach hurts for a day afterwards. AND I love lucky charms :( booooooo :(

the only milk that we drink in my house is 2%, and it's still pretty bad. and I already take prenatals, but I seriously like love milk and cereal, especially my lucky charms. And I have drunk a glass of milk with every meal that I can remember since I was a baby, so this is just extremely odd. I think I might consider this as the weirdest pregnancy symptom.

Till 20wks i was unable to drink milk atall... Instead i starting eating almonds so my nutritions can stay fine... I loved corn flakes n ice cream couldnt eat thm couldnt eat... I m 27wks now i just started eating things made with milk.. It still gives me loose bowels sometimes but atleast i can drink it now... My all bloods were fine... U can take prenatal vitamins if u r concerned....

I can't seem to handle milk either.   I think the soy/lactaid/almond milks are rather disgusting.  Have you tried 2% milk?   I switched to it and can actually handle it.

That happened to me for a while I had to drink lactaid. But it went away

What about rice or almond milk? I had to switch to almond milk cuz regular milk was making me sick too

That *****! Milk is the worst to throw up ughh. Have you tried soymilk as a substitute? lol lucky charms sounds soo good
