I believe this means you have a heart shaped uterus. So a deep indentation at the top of your uterus? Im not too educated in this area but I do know that most women with uterine abnormalities like this are capable of having a healthy pregnancy. Complications with this can include preterm labor, miscarriage, and could effect position of baby. Its all due to the shape so baby may run out of room which could cause early labor. Baby may not be able to turn head down due to the shape of uterus also so theres a higher chance of cesarean birth. Just really try to relax and go to every appointment. As far as answering if you can carry full term, its possible but depends on the severity of your abnormality. Its best to ask your OB this question because he/she knows more of your medical history and situation. Take care
