Try excedrin tension headaches. They have no aspirin and with my last pregnancy Dr ok'd them for me.
I wish I could help you with this, I am 15 wks and have been getting them every day for about 2 wks myself. Luckily tylonal has been helping a little for me, enough to take the edge off. I know with my son I had terrible headaches but only in the first trimester, I understand what you mean though. they are like migraine headaches that I cannot deal with cause they hurt in my neck and eyes. I hope you find something that works!!!
I wish I could be of more help. You could speak to your doctor and see if there is anything else they suggest. Otherwise just try to lie in a quiet, dark room with a damp cloth over your head and eyes and see if that helps. I hope it goes away soon!!
ive had sinus headaches and i know its not a sinues headache..i even took alkaselzter yesterday and that just made me groggy. and this morning i woke up again with the pounding headache! i know it could be hormones but geez i didnt think they could ever be this bad :(
Is it possible they could be due to sinus problems? I had horrid headaches that lasted for weeks (it was when winter was turning into spring/summer) and tried different things with no avail. Finally my doctor told me to take regular Sudafed and that's what got rid of it for me. (I'd never had sinus headaches before so I had no idea that's what it was)
