21 weeks- pains?

I've been having these pains the last few days. Not sure if they are because of a possible growth spurt. They aren't contractions and if they were- they are toned down like 80%. It's not getting worse but it's just uncomfortable. At first it was on my right side and then my left and now it's just an all over feeling. I don't think they are BH because usually those don't hurt.
Baby is active and I feel fine otherwise.

Thank you, I remember BH with my son but they didn't hurt at all. I just remember the tightening feeling.

Braxton Hicks can be light enough to not feel them or strong enough to feel like a real contraction or anywhere in between. Your pain can also be round ligament pain. Your uterus is still growing. As long as it's not getting worse, it shouldn't be a problem.
