37+1 and pain in right nipple

I know it sounds weird but it's like a stabbing pain in my right nipple that comes for like 5 seconds and goes away. Sometimes it goes away for 10 seconds and sometimes it goes away for 10 minutes or an hour but it's been happening all day long today. Any idea what this is? When the pain isn't there my boobs aren't sore to touch at all

Could just be gettong ready but I wpuld give the wa wet washcloth a try

Yes I've leaked and oddly enough I had mastitis at28 weeks before leaking. But when I touch it it doesn't hurt .but it keep coming and going ahh!

Have you leaked any colostrum yet? You could have a clogged milk duct. Try a warm wet washcloth on your nipple
