6'th week of my pregnancy

I am in my 6th week of my pregnancy starting today. I had my blood test on friday (2/5/2009) and my HCG is 6368 and Progesterone is 6.21. I am pretty much concerned about my progesterone level as it should be any where between 9 and 47 in the first tri-semester. Would anyone please help me out of it. I am tensed a lot. I called my doctor and she is on call today. So takes a while to get her  message.

During my seventh week my progesterone level was in the 20s. I can't remember the exact number because it was last September but if the level was low my doctor was going to put me on suppositories to get the level up. If I were under the normal range, I'd rather take the suppositories and be overly cautious. Good luck.

Thanks nickie. But i have been reading through the internet that progesterone slowly increases and 6.21 in the first five weeks is not bad though. But anyways i am a bit tensed.

I think that you are definitely doing the right thing by calling your doctor... hopefully they will put you on suppositories or shots or supplements. I would think that when your doctor checked your progesterone she would have advised you to get some to support what your body is having a hard time making. I hope that it all works out for you and don't worry too much hopefully they will get your needs taken care of. Best of luck !
