def agree with the first post dating scans are best done in first trimester, as babys grow at different rates in 2nd and 3rd trimester. They should only be used as a guide and unless they are really worried then they would re-do a scan in a couple of weeks to see if there has been any growth, some babies are just abit smaller, just like some babies are whoppers:) genetics have alot to do with it, as long as your eating properly and getting plenty of rest, bub should be fine, salso dates can be out by 2 weeks, thats why they say full term babies are anywhere between 37-40 weeks.

Nothing, I would think, except take good care of yourself! Perhaps you ovulated later than originally thought? Also, I have heard that ultrasounds in the second and third trimester are not as accurate as those done during the first.
