From a personal experience with my first pregnancy i was 26 weeks when i felt less fetal movement so i rushed to the hospital but my baby was an angel already and i was told i did not have any fluid around the baby and in order for a fetus to survive they need amniotic fluid. I wished i would of notice but i didnt since i didnt have no leakage or anything like that and my last ultrasound was at 18 weeks and it was normal so i was not making making any fluid from the 19- to the 26. Now with this new pregnancy i get an AFI (amniotic fluid index) every two weeks since beginning of pregnancy to make sure my fluid does not go below 8. A normal level i think is from 11 to 14-15. I don't want to scare you but the baby needs fluid to live so your ob needs to repeat the ultrasound to make sure it hasn't gone lower! If you feel something is not right trust that feeling. Keep us posted and make sure you are on top of everything. Take care of yourself and your baby. God Bless
