Antibody D

I just had my 37 week appt and the doctor informed me I have a anti body D that has appeared in the last 2 weeks. It's at a 1:4. They want to induce me in the next week. Has anyone else had this antibody? And should I get induced right away? I have the option of doing it this weekend or next.

I'm rh- also with my second pregnancy out bloods mixed before dilivery and he just had jaundice a bit worse than my first son.... Try not to worry about it everything should be fine

I have RH neg blood, and basically you've got Antibodies in your blood from the baby. Why didnt they give you an Anti D shot at 28 weeks?
Have you fell or hit your stomach or had any bleeding??
The least they will do, IS... induce you, test baby for Pos blood and if any has got into you will give you an Anti D shot and MAYB a blood transfusion. But they WILL give you a shot once baby is born!!

I guess they are inducing me because the blood has already been mixed (or sensitized I guess you'd say) abd they don't want it to harm the baby. This is my firstvpregnancy so it shouldn't have. I've also had an E anti body throughout my pregnancy that they've been watching. Yes I'm very excited but so nervous. I wasn't expecting him for another 3 weeks!!!

I am RH negative and out of my 4 born children it never posed a threat i was given an injection after their births with this pregnancy (i am 36+4) I have been given 2 injections of anti D and getting my 3rd next week i am not sure why they are inducing you, but your over 37 weeks i would go for the sooner date LOL as i am anxious to have my little one out i bet you are too.
