BBT ?
Is there a website where you can go to find different temperature ranges? I feel like AF is coming, but my BBT is still way to high I think. The last few days it is has been 98.50 and up and with having the m/c last month I do not know what to expect or even how to figure it all out. Thanks ladies.
I am trying to learn about all this stuff, but I guess I am just not understanding it all. My temps have been 98.5 and up since I have been using it like 3 weeks or so, but I haven't been charting them, I guess I should huh?
Hey girl. Been meaning to PM you to see how you are doing. Normally your temp will drop about a day or two before your AF is coming. My last AF was Dec. 19 and my temp dropped from like the low 98s to 97.7 on Dec. 18. Then the morning of Dec. 19, it went to 96.8. Sure enough, I started that morning shortly after I got to work.
