Blood pressure??

So I was standing up making dinner and I got really shaky all of a sudden and had to sit down after I sat down I broke out into a cold sweat. What does this sound like?

When was the last time you ate? I've started to get it whenever I go too long inbetween meals. Something about low sugar. Try having something and if it doesn't help you could call a doctor and ask what they think.

I had this happen when I was pregnant and mine was from low BP.  Not eating enough, not being hydrated enough, and standing for too long can cause BP to drop.  How far along are you?  Let your dr know if it happens again.

I see you are in your 1st trimester.  BP tends to drop during the first trimester so that could definitely be the cause.

I have this problem... I can't eat nearly as much (I am 37 weeks) because baby is pressing so much on my stomach that I just can't eat... It is recommended that you eat 5-6 small meals a day especially in the first trimester (worse time to suffer from morning sickness) but your blood pressure can definitely have an affect also. Just make sure that you move slowly when you get up from a sitting position. I hope you feel better soon.
