Braxton hicks?

Hey im a ftm and im 29weeks and 1 day and I have been having these bad sharp back pains but just on the left side of my back that come and go and before I would get it but on the right side

Everyone has their own opinion but sounds like a pain I've had.
Braxton Hicks Contractions can hurt and the closer to your due date/labor.
Depending on if your baby is head down already and at an angle where he's pinching a ligament or nerve I would say its BH Contractions.
I went to L&D for this at 31weeks and thats what the monitors showed.
But you can always ask your doctor about them.

I would go get checked. I had that at 31 wks everyone said Braxton hicks or hips growing and turns out I was in labor. Good luck!

Braxton hicks shouldn't hurt and it should be a tightening in your belly and can be in the back. Not so much sharp pain and I found they came on slow and even at the tightest they got never hurt.. to me it sounds like the baby is on a nerve or something
