Clearish milky stuff coming from my breasts. Lactation already?

Im 2 days away from being 18w pregnant. This morning I was picking the white bumps off my nipples and I noticed clear, slightly milky, stuff started coming out. I squeezed my breast and yup, it kept coming. Is this the start of lactation already? Its not soaking my bra but a fair bit comes out with pressure so Im going to get breast pads today.
Is this too soon or a sign of something? Thanks!

YEp totally normal..... i know i couldnt wear just pjs, i wore a supportive bra along with them things for bfing......... its normal

Yay! Doesn't that make it so exciting? I didn't personally leak during pregnancy but boy did they once she was born. I haven't had any shortage on milk, that's for certain. So if someone is NOT producing any colostrum while pregnant I want to encourage you that it isn't significant on your supply (whether it will be low, high or just right).

That is normal. Your body is just preparing for your baby's arrival. Colostrum is the name of the substance leaking from your breasts. If you choose to breastfeed, it will be your baby's first food before your real milk comes in. It is the perfect food for your baby just like your milk.

bluegenie is right, it's colostrum, it started leaking for me around 27 weeks or something.  Some people start leaking earlier than others.  Just wear some breast pads.  I used to fold some tissues and place it in my bra.  Don't squeeze them too much I think that causes the uterus to contract.  But don't quote me on that...I've just heard that.

Its normal :-) Your body is starting to produce colostrum. I've been "leaking" now for several weeks (can't remember exactly when it started, but I think it was around 20 weeks).
