Contractions??? Idk???

This is my second pregnancy but with my son I had a planned c sections so never had contractions. My c section is scheduled for the 12th of sept with my daughter.. I am not sure if I am having contractions or not??
I am having very uncomfortable period like cramps in my lower belly/ pelvic area. They come and go.. What do you think???

Thank you, ladies! Hopefully she stays in until at least after the weekend. My husband is away until Saturday.. Go figure! Lol

They could also be Braxton Hick s contractions. I am only 26wks pregnant with my 3rd and I have them all of the time. They can be painful at times but if they start coming on regular intervals def contact your doc. And good luck!

It does sound like contractions. If they are then they will get stronger and you will know for sure. I wasn't sure to begin with during my first labor but trust me when I say you will know. Good luck

If you are having cramps that are coming and going AND tightening of the stomach, then yes those are contractions. I've been getting some tonight as well and it caught me off guard...
