Contractions
Im 36 wks and 4 days and found out yesterday I found out I'm 1 cm and 50% thinned out and I've been contracting since but I just wish the contractions where close together and I'm scared of birth I don't handle pain to well so is birth really scary???
Dont listen to all of the horror stories. The birth of my daughter was amazing. it was an puter body experience... you dont focus on the pain. you think about the end result and seeing your beautiful baby. it helps when you have good support on your side and a great hospital staff.
dont worry its gonna happen its painful and its a experience you never going to be able to imagine it unless you go through it but once the baby is out and the first touch and the first look at your babies eyes makes you forget every single thing you gone through so dont panic relax and think about meeting your baby ....good luck
