Cravings!!!
Here lately I've been eating alot of ICE!!! I dont know why? Like if I don't drink water I'll just want the ice instead weird right?? And besides its been really hot lately. & I'm only 35 weeks too!!
Okay thank y'all! And I go to the doctor tomorrow so I'll be sure to have him check me for low iron just in case.
Sometimes it can be low iron levels and you shoukd always speak to doctor first before raking any extra supplement. Sometimes its nothing and could be just that you love ice right now. Ive had my iron checked and theyre fine but I just love ice. :)
Yea the only reason is because ur iron is low. Take an over the counter iron pill. That's what my doctor had me do and it worked. Are you taking ur prenatal tho?? Because that has iron in it as well.
That was exactly what I was going to say. The doctor I work for said when people crave ice they are usually anemic.
Craving ice can be a normal pregnancy symptom especially in the heat but it can also be a sign of low iron if you are craving it constantly. I would just mention it to your doc just in case
