Diarrhea a sign of early labor 37 weeks 4 day's

I haven't gotten diarrhea yet but i have a stomach pain where i have to go to the bathroom and it's nothing. And then having these mild cramps or contractions... what could it be???

I was reading an article just right now on the internet but i'm not for sure and since i'm already on a 2cm i'm not to sure if i'm dialting more or what but i have a doctor's appointment until the 29th of this month i should ask my doctor about these kind of symptoms i have headaches, nausea, lower back contractions i need more information this is my 2 pregnancy never had this with my 1 pregnancy but i guess every pregnancy is different :)

I experienced this also with my first, I have to constantly go to the bathroom during my first cm of dilating I'm not sure if it's true but I read that diarrhea is a sign of labor.

Probably false labor. Diarrhea is not a sign that labor is close it just happens close to due dates bc baby needs that extra room to move around and diarrhea is the fastest way to clear out the body and make that room for the now bowling ball sized human inside.
