Dizziness and Nose Bleed

Any of you moms ever experienced dizziness and/or nose bleeds during pregnancy? For the first time today in my entire life I had a nose bleed. I also felt really dizzy at work. What does that mean? Is it normal?

I have been having nose bleeding since my second trimester, I know it *****.! Just don't let your nose get dry, and if you are going to clean your nose don't blow too hard since can make it bleed. I heard is because you're reproducing more blood and since the veins of your nose are so small, and with the dryness make it bleed, I hope this help

I'm also 16 weeks and dizziness is quite there. I guess it's quite normal. Just get up slowly rather than springing up from bed and sit down whenever u feel head going heavy
