Dizziness?
I'm in my second trimester and keep feeling dizzy and lightheaded. I have fairly low blood pressure to begin with (I was very active pre-pregnancy) and usually sits at 93/60ish. Is there anyone experiencing the same thing? How did you help it?

I had pretty severe dizziness through out this pregnancy. It became so bad I had a fainting spell. So I made an appointment with my Dr and it turned out to be low blood sugar
Now I have to eat something about every 2-3hours, have not had a problem since.
Have you talked to your Dr yet? Dizziness can be serious in some cases especially if it causes fainting like it did in my case.

I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow. Eating continuously seems to help a bit. Hopefully all is well. Thank you!

holy cow.  That's awful.  I did have mild vertigo with bouts of it being bad for over a year and it was determined by an ENT that I had Eustachian Tube Dysfunction.  It was closing in on itself a little bit.  Do you have ear fullness, ever a ringing in your ear or hear at different tones?  I had all that on and off too.  BIG pain.  The ENT had me do these things called reverse ear pops where you hold your nose and blow.  It will pop your ears.  (does not hurt).  You do it over and over and it helps clear the Eustachian tube.  It did for me!  I got better!  I had one terrible episode two years ago that lasted 3 days and it was debilitating vertigo. . .  but that is the only time I've had it since the reverse ear pop trick.  Not sure if that can help you but thought I'd throw it out there.

Maybe you are need of some nutrients and vitamins. This happens to new mothers sometimes and that's why doctors suggest eating well in these days because now there are two people to take care of. If you want, here is a list of vitamins and nutrients to help you. https://goo.gl/LgVsL6
