I'm 22 years old and 8+1 weeks. I've noticed a big difference in energy with taking my daily showers at night, going to bed an hour early and giving myself an extra 30 minutes in the morning. Also eating foods high in protein helps me. Hope thus can help you!
I'm 20+3 weeks and have zero energy all the time too :/ asked my doctor and she really didn't give much advice. ... Maybe just look up what to eat in pregnancy that gives you energy
