Yes!! I was like this too my first pregnancy and you'd be amazed how getting outside & getting fresh air helps so much. Stay positive & think about your little miracle in your belly. join a support group or any group you can "look forward to". If youd like we could exchange #s as I know what its like.. my first thing to say would have been to go to your doctor, but you've done that :) if your not working, you need to try and mix up your routine abit, being pregnant can be quite a lonely experience, even if you just go out of a coffee/decafe, and sit and read a magazine for abit, just try and change your routine, can you join a prenatal excersize group, excersize can help with depression, go for a walk in the sun, just try and do litlle things like that, even trat yourself to a warm bath with candles and soothing music, it sounds abit silly but if you can give yourself a little bit of pleasure each day hopefully things wont feel as bad as they did the day before
