Food craving

Lately I've been craving red meat. Steak, burgers, ect. Now I know all meat needs to be cooked well done and I normally love all my foods well done but lately I want them rare but I don't because I know it's not good for me. I eat it well done and then I feel upset that it's not rare and I've never been a person who liked meat rare ever and it's driving me crazy. Is there anything I can do to stop this craving. I've been taking my prenatal vitamins everyday and they have iron in them. Is this normal to want my food undercooked like this?

You probably need iron. When we have certain cravings it's because our bodies r lacking that nutrient and is trying to get it. If anything talk to your dr before starting any supplement regimen.

Thank you I will be going to the store today. I'm just worried because so many people say horrible things about it that I've always stayed away. I'll try it at medium tonight and see if it works
