I don't know if it's necessarily bad to eat the cheetos every now and then, I know they are junk food and not very healthy. I mean we should definitely eat everything in moderation and you will want to becareful not too eat too much because of the artificial ingredients in them and they will probably just make you gain weight. Personally, I wouldn't be able to eat anything "hot" or spicy because I get really bad heartburn when I eat certain things. How far along are you?
Okay. I would just becareful with how much you consume. I'll be honest, I crave chocolate a LOT. I also love lemonade and chips. lol. Every pregnant woman craves something different. We just need to be careful how much we take in. =) But congrats to you! =) I am currently 22 weeks. Do you know what you are having?
Why would it be bad for the baby? Spicy food isn't harmful, in fact a lot of women crave spicy foods when pregnant! Some say you're having a boy if you like spicy stuff! LOL! Just drink a lot of milk with it, ha ha!
LOL...then maybe I am having a girl...I use to like some spicy stuff before I got pregnant, now I bet if I just look at it I will get heartburn! haha. I just ate a turkey and cheese sandwich, and my throat is already beginning to burn and I feel heartburn coming on. Do you know any reason why this happens with fairly normal foods?? I am at a loss anymore! =)
I absolutely LOVE hot cheetos!!! I'm not pregnant (yet), but I'm totally addicted to those thing!
Anyway, like the rest of the ladies here, I think it's OK in moderation. You wouldn't want to eat hot cheetos INSTEAD of more nutritious food. Plus, I'm sure the artificial coloring agents and all that stuff can be an issue if you eat too much of it. But as a treat now and then, I'm sure it's OK.
We are keeping our baby a suprise!! =) My husband thinks it's a girl and just about everyone else I know is sooo sure it's a boy. I am not sure on the other hand...I just want a healthy baby! When is your due date?
lol. I believe it....I am dying to know!! But my husband said it's better this way. He thinks it is fun...I agree and disagree...lol. I am due april 23 but I have a feeling I will go earlier than that. My mother was a week early with all 4 of us and I am measuring 2 weeks bigger....I wonder how big this baby will be? =) I can't wait until spring. I am just sooo excited to meet this baby!!
LOL go ahead and eat them girl!
I dunno where your friend or whatever got THAT from.
It's perfectly fine.
Just expect heartburn later on.
The only thing you might wanna watch out for is how much of it or how often you eat them, cuz they are a junk food, and filling up on junk food isn't good cuz your baby needs nutrients.
I'm 37w4d and these past couple weeks I've been cravy ALL SORTS of hot and spicy things, where as before I didn't even wanna SMELL hot and spicy things. lol
My favorite thing to eat lately is pepperoni, black olive and pinapple pizza loaded with crushed red pepper seasoning, with a side of hot buffalo wings.
Talk about some HEARTBURN! lol!
But I just can seem to get enough of that ****!
I dunno why!
I'll eat some thinking it'll make my cravings go away like most of my others do after I have what I've been craving...
But I'll end up craving it again the next day, or even later on that same night! lol!
