Its called a subchorionic hematoma and they are actually really common in pregnancy and I haven't heard of someone not pulling threw. Usually they resolve on their own but it can take some time. I had dark red bleeding (like a period if not worse) for 5 weeks in early pregnancy and I'm now 30 weeks and she is completely healthy. Just make sure you take things easy: no heavy lifting, try to stay off your feet as much as possible, no sex. Best of luck to you keep us informed.
Thank you for you responce..The doctors haven't told me much everything that I have found was from the net..It's just nice to know of someone else that has actually had this problem as well..Thanks again..
Yeah the stuff on the internet completely freaked me out when I read it but then after speaking to women who actually had it (and questioning my doctor like a mad women) my fears were put to rest.
Hi, this is kipil again..just a quick question..did you have some severe cramping and pressure when and after you were bleeding?
I would have pressure but not any cramping however when I wasn't bleeding I would cramp and then as soon as I started to bleed the cramps would stop.
