Help me please!

The first day of my last period was around August 12th I believe. I had unprotected sex the 21rst. And he came inside me. It has been 11 days.Today is September 1rst. I looked at some of the symptoms online. I think I have a few. My breasts hurt and they feel fuller. I have lowerback pain,it hurts really bad, but Im not sure if youd have lower back pain this early even if it was pregnancy. Ive been really tired but that could be because school just started up again about 2 weeks ago and Im used to summer. Thinking of food doesnt even seem appealing most days but when food does sound good Ive been eating a lot lately. Today I wake up and Im bleeding. I would think it was my period but then itd be over a week early. It was really light when I first woke up but now its dark and brownish. I also just have this feeling that Im pregnant. But Ive heard that if you want a baby you can make yourself believe your pregnant. So I dont know. I need help explaining the bleeding mostly. Could it be imp bleeding? Do you think I could be pregnant?

Doubtful, but no one here can tell you if you're pregnant or not. Take a test.

It is possible that you are pregnant and this is related to the baby implanting.  It is also possible that you hormones are messed up due to stress, illness, etc. and causing the abnormal bleeding.  Do the pregnancy test the end of next week (the day after whenever you would be supposed to start your period) unless you start your period between now and then and the period is normal.    Make sure you use the first morning urine to do the test.  If the test is negative, you should talk to your doctor about your symptoms.  S/he can do a blood test to check for pregnancy.  They are more accurate than the urine ones.  Your doctor could also check your hormone levels, thyroid function, etc. to see if there is anything else that might be causing this.

If your period is normal, every 28 days, ovulation would have taken place about August 26 (give or take), but everyone is different.  Sperm can live in you for up to approximately five days.  Its not impossible.  Maybe your period is just coming early for some reason.  Yes, if you are often thinking of conceiving then you tend to want to be and feel pregnant.  You become more "in tuned" with your body and what you are feeling.  If your bleeding is getting heavier, then you might just have your period.  If your bleeding all of a sudden stops, or stays light, take an HPT test.  But, you should definately wait until after the 28th day of your cycle.

Are your cycles regular?  If so, how long is your cycle?  Typically women ovulate midcycle.  Thus, if your cycles are 28 days, you would ovulate 14 days from the first day of your last period.  If your last period was August 12th, ovulation would occur about August 26th.  Sperm can live inside a woman's body for up to five days or so.  The egg can live for about 24 hours without being fertilized.  So, having sex on August 21st would mean that it is possible there were still some sperm living inside you when you ovulated on the 26th and that could have resulted in you getting pregnant.  About a week or two after conception, the baby implants in the uterus.  Some women have a little bit of bleeding with this and others don't.  It is possible that you conceived about the 26th of August and that the baby is implanting now and causing a little bit of bleeding.  All that being said, it is also possible that your symptoms are not related to pregnancy at all.  Treat yourself as though you are pregnant until you find out otherwise.  Don't take any medications other than Tylenol or Tums, limit caffeine, eat a well balanced diet, etc.  I would wait until the end of next week and then do a hpt or have a blood test done to see if you are pregnant or not.  You mentioned wanting a baby.  Were you trying to get pregnant?

Take a pregnancy test just to see what that says.... I would say mind over matter for anything but you never know. So, just to be safe, buy a home pregnancy test- cheap or expensive it doesn't matter- they all work the same. Take it and see. ... best of luck to you
