Awww Great news!!! thanks for updating!!!
Guys,
I met my doctor and she said there's nothing to worry and that spot will go away by the time of delivery.
Thanks!
Thanks Jammy....please let us know...will be praying that all goes well for you. I think a lot of times all these tests we undergo use such long words...it becomes both confusing and worrysome.....Im sure that all will be fine with you and your little on on the way! Please keep us updated though!!!
Thank you all for your answers.
Dbrooks36171:Thanks for clarifying what that sentence really means. I went through the website you pointed to but could not understand much out of it. I have an appointment to meet my doctor on Wednesday. But before that wanted to do some research on my own understand what this actually means the SCAN doctor said that there's no problem. but i am not that convinced because initially he said that there is some bright spot in babies heart and later on he's saying everything is fine. That the reason i am worried so much about this matter. I cannot resist to try understanding is there a problem or my baby is perfectly alright. If any of you know more about this please let me know before i meet my doctor.
Thank you all. You guys are really helpful.
CEPHALIC PRESENTATION IS HEAD DOWN POSITION, AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD I GUESS THE THING THAT I DONT KNOW IS THE RED SPOT, I GUESS YOUR DR WILL HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT.
None of us on here are doctors so we can't accurately translate the ultrasound report. The best thing you can do is sit down with your doctor and ask him/her to explain everything in terms you can understand.
I dont know if you can understand any of this, but you may want to see this website? Not sure if it will help? First and foremost i would definitely talk to my doctor about these results and their meanings because they may just mean nothing. as far as LV i know that means left ventricle; echogenic obviously means Containing structures that reflect high-frequency sound waves and thus can be imaged by ultrasound techniques; Chorade Tendinae means: Thread-like bands of fibrous tissue which attach on one end to the edges of the tricuspid and mitral valves of the heart and on the other end to the papillary muscles, small muscles within the heart that serve to anchor the valves.
and this is the website:
