Help!

I went to the out of hours doctors Monday night with a pain in my stomach and was told maybe my tubes where a bit inflamed and to take diclofenac and not worry. So I went home and everything was ok, then the out of hours doctor and a nurse turnt up at 12.30am! Telling me my pregnancy test was postive when I left.. They did another one then and it again was positive. They were worried about eptopic so I had to go to hospital for 9am and get bloods and a scan. Bloods are only hcg 39 and scan showed nothing up due to me being too early. When I say early I mean it!! My last period was the 18th of this month!! Making me around 2 weeks pregnant.. I'm going back tomorrow and praying my levels have gone up has this happened to anyone else???? I'm freaking out so much :(

They said everything could be fine and they doubt its eptopic but after 9 months of trying I'm very negative about it all... I just don't see how it would show up (they have done 5 tests including bloods all positive) they said if my levels have risen tomorrow then it should all be ok but if the dip then to prepare to mis carry :(!
