Thanks everyone :) walking, bouncing on a ball, food/drinks ans sex are all natural things and worth a shot atleast and maybe you cant induce yourself naturally but maybe you can so its worth a shot and correct i dont really want tp be induced because i heard it can actually alow things down and make it more painful but i also dont wanna go way over and end up being induced at 42 weeks either lol but thanks everyone ill give theaw things a shot and if any seem to help ill let yall know :)

If you don't want to be induced, say so. They can't force you. And there is nothing you can do to induce labor on your own. You just have to wait like everyone else does. You can try having sex or walking a lot. But it won't do much I promise. Going for lots of walks will help you get ready for labor though.

My sister walked Luke the while day and it worked for her first on the second one she had sex with her baby daddy and out came the second. Sounds funny but it's true

Google foods and drinks that induce labor naturally. That's something I would try in your situation.

On my first I would take long walks until I was really in pain than I would bounce on a yoga ball than in night I ate pineapple idk if that trigger it but that morning I woke up and I gave birth to my daughter lol
