I didn't think about the fiber/beans...
i stop eating meat since 6 week pregnans i cant even be around it without makeing me sick so my doc put me on iron tablets since week 12 and said to eat beans and fibers a lot more .
Anyone else have a clue whether this could be an every pregnancy I have thing?
I wonder if this is also contributed to me not being able to eat so much meat when I'm pregnant. I don't eat a lot of meat in general, but less when I'm pregnant. I do try to eat it, I just don't like the taste so much and some of it grosses me out when I'm pregnant.
Yes low iron causes head ache and excessive tiredness
I don't know what happened with it during my first pregnancy, I just kept taking them and after he was born I stopped. No one ever told me anything about it, I just asked if I could stop taking them and they said yes...to my knowledge no one checked to see if everything was ok, and I didn't get my blood drawn again...
You could expect it since you've had it twice, but since all pregnancies are different it's hard to say. I had Iron deficincy anemia during my pregnancy but Iron supplements fixed it for me.
Common Symptoms:
Tiredness, weakness or fainting.
Paleness
Breathlessness
Occasional Symptoms:
Headache
Nausea
Inflamed, sore tongue
Palpitations or an abnormal awareness of the heartbeat
Forgetfulness
Jaundice (rare)
Abdominal pain (rare)
Causes:
Possible causes include: Poor intake of iron in diet; Folic acid deficiency; Loss of blood from bleeding hemorrhoids or gastrointestinal bleeding. Even if iron and folic acid intake are sufficient, a pregnant woman may become anemic because pregnancy alters the digestive process. Also the unborn child consumes some of the iron or folic acid normally available to the mother's body.
So that came from:

The anemia explains a good bit of what I've been feeling....
How common is anemia in pregnancy, and since I've had it twice now, should I possibly be expected to have it again in another pregnancy?
That's good! Well not the hemoglobin part. I just got my records from when my doctor did test back last year and my hemoglobin was low but normal. It's a scary thing to see when you had no clue it was so low. Also I was not pregnant during these test.
Not so sure why it happens maybe the baby is taking the iron? And there are high possibilities for being the reason you are tired.
If your prenatals are lacking Iron it could happen. You naturally need more iron anyways in pregnancy because the baby takes it, so a lot of women need Iron supplements. If you don't have enough your not having as much oxygen going through your body which would make you more tired.
