High blood pressure ?

I just got my weekly checkup and there saying i have high blood pressure. What can i do to change that and make it normal?

The hospital told me to take Asprin to keep my blood pressure normal

Also, after pregnancy reduce your salt intake for a little while until your doctor feels you're out of the possible pre eclampsia time frame. The biggest probably I've seen in my family of high blood pressure is too much salt intake which can also make you swell up.

Limit your salt intake. Not say doing eat it at all but if you have a choice between. A low sodium choice or a regular choice of whatever food then obviously choose the low sodium.

Fast food makes me sick lol but thank you i will try ro eat healthy and do what i can to prevent it

What should i eat to keep it lower? Ive been eating allot of salads lately and apples n yogurt trying to eat healthy

I have high blood pressure too and well basically watch out what u eat just try to eat healthier that's what I do
