Horrible insomnia.

I'll be 10 weeks Friday and for the past 3 weeks I've had horrible insomnia.  I'm talking straight up can not sleep good what so ever. I'm lucky to fall asleep around 4 am then wake up on and of the next few hours. My doctor told me to take Benedryl and I did for a while but now even it don't help. I don't nap during the day. Anyone else experience insomnia this extreme?

I couldnt sleep first 10-12 weeks then all of a sudden it hit me and I could barely stay awake. Once rhe babys growth really starts picking up you'll be drained of all energy and wont be able to get enough sleep

I've just pretty much given up on sleep lol. Thankfully I don't have to work so I can just be tired all day.
