There are 2 types of clear blue tests.you can buy the ones that say 2weeks pregnant, etc upwards.these are tests sarah was talking about.not the basic pregnant or not pregnant.I would advise you to go to your doctors.and take it from there.

I did use the digital clear blue test. But I have always had irregular cycles so I have an idea but not exactly sure. I have been nauseated for the past 2 wks so I thought I might take a test and it said positive.

Your DR will send you for a dating scan so just book an appointment.
Also buy a clear blue digital test, they tell you roughly how many weeks you are.
Every woman is different regarding symptoms, some womens start right away others at 7 weeks some at 13 weeks, so it all depends on your body.
What made you do a test if you dont know if you were late for your period?
I ask as maybe subconciously you recall you period may have been due and you can work out how far gone you may be.
Also with dating scans, if you should at 6 weeks or less, it may be hard to see the heartbeat, so dont panic, they will just bring you back once your past 7 weeks as by then it will be viable to see on the ultrasound.
I think for the time being a clear blue digital will help give you a rough estimation. They are quite dear though.
Congrats :-)

If you can't remember when your last period is you will probably have to make an appointment with your OB and get a Dating Ultrasound.
