I'm 2 days iverdue and still no sign of baby!
Getting a lot of pressure and a lot of Braxton Hicks, but nothing more!
Had a stretch and sweep yesterday, have another one tomorrow, then another 2 days following that! Had a lot of cramps for hours afterwards, but they stopped! Just want my baby out haha.

try sex, squats, exercise ball, walking, walk on the gutter with 1 foot up in the kerb and the other on the road and do that on both sides, walk up stairs, warm baths, sit indian, spicy food, I hear primrose oil/tablets can have an effect? Nipple stimulation, jump on your bed... but baby wont come till he/she is ready! :)

I'm 39w 1 d. And same boat as you. No signs of labor.. but I've been doing pressure points.. squats.. bouncing on edge of bed (I don't have a yoga ball) .. sex.. and nipple stimulation. I get more BH now. So maybe it's working lol..
