I have been having some breast tenderness and abdominal tenderness as well. i thought that the breast tenderness was the cause of the lump in my breast so I wasn't too concerned. I took a home test and it was positive, but all that same day I felt like I was going to get my period. It didn't come yet but the feeling is still there. My period has never been reliable from as far as I can remember, when I was younger I would skip for months and finally get it and it never stays so I couldn't really say if I have missed a period or not. Could my tenderness in my abdomen and breast mean that I am pregnant? and if I am pregnant why do I feel like I could get my period any minute? Please help.

Well if you missed your period and you got a POS test then you are probably PG!!! Call the DR to get a blood test to comfirm

Pregnancy symptoms are the same as pms symptoms. Cramping, sore or tender breasts etc. If you are past a normal cycle length then the positive test is probably true.
