Also, my dr suggested heating up lunchmeat before eating it, do not change the cat litter box, and not laying flat on your back (lay/sleep on your sides). Hope those few extra tips help you out too! :)
My dr advised only eating fish/seafood twice per week, unless those high in mercury (swordfish, tuna, others) only once per week or less.
Fresh caught is ok once a week If it is farm raised you can eat that as often as you like.
its fine as long as its in moderation.
