Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy! If you don't want to take that, contact your doctor and see what they suggest!

Grape juice helps with migraines. I don't drink anything with caffine unless I have a headache so try drinking a coke or a glass of coffee.

My migraines started in the first trimester and ran through half of my second and I also tried so hard to stay away from meds. One thing that I did was put an ice pack behind my neck and put my feet up and took naps. But my migraines were so bad that they became vomit inducing so I did take Tylenol. I don't know how I would've gone through my migraines without medicine ._. I'm 38 weeks now and baby and I are healthy so don't hesitate to take a little medicine if you're suffering as bad as I was lol.

Tylenol extra strength! You're actually able to take Tylenol while pregnant, one of the few things considered safe :) If they are horrible like mine were, you can talk to your obgyn and be prescribed something, mine were debilatating . Also try a soda :)
