I very much doubt that it would...sperm need fluid to survive, but even if his penis was dry and had only dead sperm on it when you had intercourse, the minute he entered you he began to leak live semen, so whether or not the sperm was dead before doesn't matter because now the sperm that's entering you is very much alive.

all men pre-ejaculate during the entire time of intercourse. If you had unprotected sex, even if his penis was "dry" "rinsed" and "previously ejaculated" you have a chance of getting pregnant from pre-ejaculative fluid, which men CAN NOT FEEL coming out. No I do not think that vaginal fluid can reinvigorate dead sperm, but that's not your biggest worry. If he had intercourse with you, even if he did not ejaculate at the end, he was leaking sperm the entire time whether he could feel it or not, to answer your question.
