Just asking.

Experiencing dizzy spells, can be from ear infections, your blood pressure being too high or too low, your being anaemic (not enough red corpuscles to carry oxygen around your body).  Gestational diabetes causing your sugar levels to drop too low when you have not eaten.

As your partner to bring you a hot drink and a biscuit or a piece of toast for you to eat before you get out of bed in the morning.  When getting up, get up very slowly to avoid a rush of blood to the brain, which can be caused by postural hypertension when getting up from a lying or sitting position too quickly.

It is quite common when pregnant to have different sense of smells and taste and you may find the foods that you used to love to eat, will repulse you.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor with regard to the dizzy spells.

Let us know how you get on.

Best wishes.

For the dizziness make sure if yoy aren't able to eat normal amounts you are drinking something like Gatorade to stabilize blood sugars. Talk to your dr so theg can make sure it isn't serious.

The dizziness can be normal but the doc should do some blood work to make sure everything is okay and you arent lacking anything
