Just got my HCG results back!!!

So I had blood drawn yesterday....and just got my results back today. I think I will be 5 weeks tomorrow. The level is 2,800. Is that pretty good for having blood drawn before 5 weeks? I thought it was pretty good because the charts say for 4 weeks anywhere from 5 - 426 is good and when you are 5 weeks 18 - 7,340 is good. I just want to be able to relax just a bit. I should get a call back within a day or two from the midwife about scheduling an ultrasound. I am hoping I can get one around 9-10 weeks or so.

Grandmatobe -  I may request it. I know you are suppose to to see if they are doubling. It's just I'm not so sure I want to spend another 50 bucks to see....I would rather save that money and put it towards the ultrasound which will make me feel so much better than numbers will. (also we don't have insurance, so small things like getting blood drawn start to really add up!) ugh..but I just about had to beg to have an u/s because the nurse told me that unless I'm spotting or having problems, it's not necessary! Dating a pregnancy is not enough to just have an u/s, supposedly... They always do this to me. They said for me to get one, I have to be really really anxious about this pregnancy (which I am) or something has to be wrong with me....what???? I'm so lost....I'll see what they say in a couple of days...if I'm not satisfied I will talk directly to the midwife.

That number sounds great girl! Mine was 6,000 at 5 weeks so yours sounds like its right in the normal range as well! Are you going back tomorrow for a repeat HCG?
