Unless your Dr has classified you as a HIGH RISK... Then I wouldn't worry about it...... Your first one usually takes forever anyway... LOL.... Sorry don't mean to scare you.....
It all just depends it could be an easy labor or it could be a hard one but I don't think your age is going to make a difference. Congrats on your soon to be baby! :)
I wouldn't worry about it to much. I had my first baby by C-section at age 17 (I know shame on me but at least I wasn't trying to get pg!) I then had 2 Vbacks (vaginal birth after cesarian) At ages 23 and 25 and then anothe C-section at 31. You will have some discomfort with both no matter which way you go. My firs c-s was misserable I went through 15 hrs of labor and 5 hrs of pushing, tried vaccume and everything she would not come out had to do emergancy c-s. Hard to stand up an walk afterward. Two V-Bs much easier but very sore down there. Last c-s was planed and GREAT! No labor still hard to stand and walk at first but very light bleading after!
