Lactating?

So the other night I was cuddling with my husband and his back was turned to me and I was cuddled behind him. Weeeeell I sleep without a shirt or bra (feels better to me) and after maybe ten minutes I felt something really cold on my chest and I sat up to realize that I had accidentally drenched both myself and my husband with liquid from my boobs T.T it was gross lol is there anything I can do to keep them from doing that so much?? I tried using a night shirt but regretted it due to soaking myself lol.

I have been leaking since 23 weeks lol I wear a sports bra to sleep in with pads that can be removed and washed. It helps with support and doesnt drench me. Also it helps them not hurt as much

Haha buy nipple pads. I only leaked twice while pregnant but now 8 days post pardum I drip everywhere. I just got out of the shower and dried off and all of sudden I felt something dripping on my toes haha

Lol omg this is literally me every night. Babe doesn't want to cuddle with me anymore because of it haha. I don't blame him though. I'm 37 weeks & leak like crazy.
